Payment Policy and Terms of Service

What payment options are available besides credit cards?

APTC offers three different payment options:

1) Credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and debit cards with the VISA or Mastercard logo. Your card will be charged in U.S. dollars when your order is placed and a password will be issued. This will allow you entry into the page with the checklist, review article, test taking tips article, and practice quizzes.

2) Checks (we do not accept Euro cheques): Checks must be drawn from a U.S. bank to be accepted. Please be sure to notify us of how we can contact you to give you your password. Email is suggested. Payment can be made to Advanced Physical Therapy Concepts

3) Money orders (If you live outside the U.S., it must be an international money order in U.S. dollars)

How does APTC protect my credit card information?

APTC uses the latest technology to protect your credit card information and does not release it to any outside organization.

You will not have to worry about credit card safety. Period. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

APTC is committed to our customers' security, and will continue to offer the highest levels of protection for your credit card transactions.

Other Options

If you prefer not to transmit your card number over the Internet, you may telephone, fax or email us your credit card information using PGP encryption. Choose your preferred method in your Shopping Cart and instructions will be provided.

When submitting credit card information, please include:

The type of card
The card number
The expiration date
Your full name as it appears on the card

Your mailing address, city, state, and zip code.

How does APTC protect my privacy?

c. ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.
